Return or exchange products

If you like to return or exchange a product, we will try to help out. The condition is that the product arrives at our studio in Hong Kong undamaged (the final decision on this is at the discretion of High5dogs). Due to our geographic location returns and exchanges are expensive. For any returns or exchanges we will charge shipping fees.  

Warranty

We offer a standard 1 year factory warranty on all our products.

Limitation of Liability

High5dogs's liability is limited to the replacement of any defective product only. No other warranties, claims or Liabilities, expressed or implied are made. User assumes all responsibility for the proper use of product. Venue for any clame shall be in the court of law in Hong Kong SAR. 

Maintenance

Washing: to wash your High5dogs products, we advise hand wash with a mild detergent. Air dry, do not tumble dry. After washing, it is advised to lubricate the hardware and grease the leather. 

Hardware: like for any mechanical parts, dust and grime are not the best for for moving parts. It is advised to lubricate the hardware parts with lubrication oil or WD40 for smooth use.
